1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Go Awning website and services.

2. Services Provided

Go Awning provides professional awning cleaning, restoration, and maintenance services for commercial and residential properties in New York City. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for one-time cleans is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For recurring maintenance subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save"), you will be billed according to the agreed schedule. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no penalty, provided the cancellation occurs before the next scheduled service.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care during our cleaning process, Go Awning shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or structural weakness of your awnings. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
